Pan-roasted Green tea plucked from ongjing-qunti, the traditional “old tree” cultivated in the Zhejiang province of coastal China.
Full-bodied tending astringent with a heady bouquet. Excellent green tea flavor with peppery and floral notes. Very bright infusion.
Instructions: Take 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes depending on the intensity of the flavor.
