Roasted & Salted Jumbo Squash Seeds. Enjoy the better taste that Germack nuts & seeds bring to the table. These are perfect to toss into a salad or snack on their own. You can eat the shell, some just chose not to!

A jumbo squash seed is an in‑shell seed that’s been graded by the grower or processor as larger than the standard size for that variety. Seed producers sort harvested seeds by width, thickness, and weight, and the biggest, fullest seeds are classified as “jumbo.” It’s a food‑industry size designation — not a botanical term — that signals customers they’re getting premium, oversized seeds with a thicker kernel and more satisfying crunch.
