Kifahari brought this lovely Gachami AA washed coffee to us earlier this year and we fell in love with it. Established in 1978, Gachami is one of Baragwi’s largest factories, with around 1,200 smallholder farmers delivering cherries to the factory for processing. They process much of the region's unique coffees. Kenya produces some of the best and most unique coffees on the planet and this Gachami has citrus acidity and a complex floral character that makes it a wonderful cup of coffee.
