Germack's Roasting Process
Did you know we have had the same Roast Master for over two decades? Taha is our "secret
ingredient"for our consistent quality and perfect roast every time. Not many, if any other nut
companies can say this. In this era of large fulfillment warehouses and remote quality control,
we are "old-school".
Our tradition of roasting excellence began with our first batch of pistachios in 1924, and continues
today with every product we sell. Our time-honored approach to small-batch roasting ensures that
all of our nut products are roasted to perfection. We start with the finest grade, freshest raw
ingredients available, and roast our nuts with pure canola oil. During the roasting process,
we lightly salt many of our products for full flavor.
